Right, Jono, the usual care and attention to detail from a scrap yard. (Which do you think did in most classics; scrapyards or banger racing?)
It is a very big lump. Now, I understand why there aren't twin overhead-camshafts: it would have made the whole unit too large for a front engined car!

The chances are they were never disclosed for insurance purposes and 'forgotten' when it came time to sell it.
Thank you, Jono, that is the best clip I have seen in ages.
So much information and soooo much expense I saved in not buying one! This one was clearly well looked after but the documentation was not complete: who did put in the rally cams.

Why couldn't he just keep the car's original colour... or the blue it looked good in? No it will look like a pimpmobile.
The level of decay in the body work was a big shock. I am now really impressed with how well Abingdon MGs age! (I used to think MGBs were total rust buckets!)
