Looks like a Triumph 2000 mated with a BMW2002 ?   Never seen one before but I quite like the look of it (but not the price).

Likewise Nick, never seen one before but quite pretty, definitely got the Triumph 2000 look about it.

Never ever had an MOT according to MOT history site . Although over 40 years old I thought it would show some history up till 2012 .

I wonder if it's been deliberately put into long term storage?

The Mazda 1500 sedan and later 1800 sedan had a body designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro of Italy. That rather outguns the sadly heavy looking Triumph sedan by Michelotti.

The Mazda was a rather stodgy drive but it was better than the Toyota or Nissan competitors. Strangely I would be tempted by one at $20,000... but not for very long.
