What is the easiest way to open a lock when the key is missing? Should I drill out the barrel, destroying the tumblers, or manage the same thing by driving a screwdriver into the lock. There are no numbers visible, and the lock is on a water tank cap. The key looks to be double sided

Easy answer to my locked lock. Forget about it, because the tank has a big cap on the top of it and I can fill it directly through that.
