The Daily Telegraph reported that the MX5 was the 5th most likley car to be vandalised due to car envy. Apparantly the Lexus was top of the list.

I wonder how many members had had their cars vandalised?

Which is one of the plus points of group MX5 outings - you can park your MX5 surrounded by other MX5s to avoid this happening (well most of you can - obviously someone has to be on the end )

Well, it was 10 years ago, so ancient history, but of all the places the car had to be recovered to (before becoming cubed), it was at a garage, next to a skip, that was on my way to the train station (car written off= no loan car........). So I saw it everyday for about a month, until I got the red car.
