Have you ever been out for the day and returned to find things not quite as you left them?
Well, I returned home to find something very strange had happened to my garage floor. No, nothing to do with me, apart from a joky comment about some old Wilton carpet being thrown away.....#

so i went out for a scenic drive round Wales in the sunshine, and got home to open the door to discover this!!!! Well, I did not know what to do, so I put Eric to bed, and he quite likes it

Eric has got better carpet in his garage than I have got in my house!!

You offering captain? it has no gripper yet, just tape. It's a weird thing to reverse onto I have to say!

Vacuuming, whilst not too comfortable, has to less uncomfortable than sweeping :nod:

Bet they will want it on the floor as well now!!

I have bubble wrap at the strategic point, was hoping to do the carpet trick, but the bubble wrap was easier to put up, and works nicely (it's the monster sizes bubble- bubblewrap).
edited to add, don't however bubble wrap your floor, cos I reversed over some and it is a tad scary!!!
