Yesterday the Mk1 decided to lose ignition warning lights - when I turn key I get Battery charge light up and then next position car will start and run fine - Dimmer switch will light up dash lights and all others function fine except for the obvious.

Has anyone else had similar ???

Nobody ??? I am really confused by this - could it be ignition switch itself ? Just can't understand why battery light works on its own....???

It would have to be all the bulbs as I have no oil light or any other warning light apart from the battery ????
