Replacements are sold by MX-5 Parts as Rear Hub Upper & Lower Lateral Arm Bushes, MX5 Mk4 & RF 2015> ...

It's a common problem on the ND that Mazda are aware of, and will make a contribution to the (expensive) repair as long as the car in question has a full service history with Mazda...
However the replacements are 'like-for-like' and not a lasting solution and will soon need replacing again...
