The offer has been on for about 3 years and if you google them the reviews on other forums aren't so great.....

I wouldn't powder coat alloy wheels, unless the operative was carrying out the powder coat at a lower, controlled temperature.. The usual temperatures used for powder coating can weaken aluminium alloys.
