Wind stopper/breaker

The choices are many - what is your budget - do you have one already and, if so, are you looking to get a better one

I have one for sale

Don't have one and I'm not sure about cost. May sound silly but don't want anything 'flash'!!! Looked on eBay and seen different types but not sure which would be better suited to me. Just want to stop some of the 'draught'.

Wind blocker / Sound Board

Have to say it was really good and worked very well never used the speakers

I have got the standard windblocker in my Mark 2 (very similar to Stu's except without the speakers) and I find it to be reasonably effective, even topdown in the winter. It also has the benefit of not obscuring your rear vision and not getting in the way of putting the roof up and down.

So, recommendations. Standard or mesh? :frantic:

No.

Ok so you have the choice of my old one £50 will stop the wind 100% of style bars and a wind blocker around £150-£200 look nice but costs is high. You really need the blocker with style bars see below link

I have to agree the style bars and windblocker (as worn by Eric) look good - but I guess it depends how much Wendy wants to spend?

I disagree the standard windblocker is more then good enough as found on all mk2.5's.

And I thought they were standard on the Mark 2 as well (had the same style on both the Mark 2s I have owned) but as Wendy has not got one, not so sure now - unless hers was removed by a previous owner?

I can't remember been a long time but think that not all mk2's had them.:unsure:

am sure i've seen mk2s sans windblocker doings
